Stephen provides dispute resolution services as a mediator and

He has been a Chartered Arbitrator FCI Arb. since 2007 and was accredited as a mediator by CEDR in 2002. Stephen has mediated cases involving both low and high values, up to £30M, and has accepted appointments to sit as arbitrator in disputes with values many times that figure. He has been undertaking tribunal work since 2002 and is now a Legal Assessor in GMC disciplinary work concerning the regulation of doctors under the Medical Act 1983.
